Sculpture Trail

This short walk (USW on our Devon Map) is designed to explore the various fascinating sculptures found 'externally' on the campus.

Unfortunately, sculptures may get moved and many listed in the official guide have done so permanently , it seems!

Our circular trail dates from July 2018.

Guide Posts on East Devon Way

In the footsteps of Jane Austin through a varied landscape that inspired Jane Austen to write Sense & Sensibility.

The 5.5 mile hike descends through an ancient forest which during the Middle Ages provided valuable building timber.
It is not surprising the scenery caught Jane's attentive eye.

After crossing the Exeter to Bristol railway line it follows part of the popular Exe Valley Way, a long distance hiking route from Starcross to Exford.

Please note:

trafficThe Exe Valley Way follows part of a busy road between Exeter and Crediton with no pavement!
